Production & Shipping
Production
Each piece is made to order.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for production of Collection items. Timing for custom orders will be dependent on the design itself and will be communicated before the order is placed.
If you need your piece by a specific date, we are happy to accommodate rush orders when possible. Please email julia@juliafinejewelry.com before placing an order.
Domestic Shipping
Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. All orders will have fully ensured shipping and will require a signature upon delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
International shipping
We do not yet offer international shipping via website, but if you are oversees and would like to place an order, please email us at julia@juliafinejewelry.com and we can make it happen!
Returns
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because each piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you - all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there was a mistake in your order.
Transparency Throughout the Process
To ensure you’re happy with your order, we will share photos and updates during the production process - from stone selection to final polish. This collaborative approach assures you know exactly what you’re receiving and gives you the opportunity to ask questions or request minor adjustments before completion, when possible.
Order Issues
If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us julia@juliafinejewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will address the concern promptly.
Repairs
For repair inquiries, please email julia@juliafinejewelry.com with a description of the repair, and a photo. We will review and respond with next steps.
